These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lykos World ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website, contacting us, placing an order or using any of our products, you agree to these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not buy or use our products. You must be 18 years or older to place an order.

We provide digital products and services for businesses, including:

• Marketing software — WhatsApp, RCS and email tools.
• Lead and data extractors for public business listings.
• Single user licences, reseller panels, admin panels and white label solutions.
• WhatsApp Official API setup, source code, and one-to-one setup support.

Features, limits and prices are shown on each product page and may change without notice for new orders.

When your order is approved, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your business, for the plan you bought.

• Single User licences are for one user / one business only and must not be shared or resold.
• Reseller / Admin panels let you sell access to your own customers within the panel limits.
• White label lets you use your own brand name and logo on the panel; the software itself remains ours.
• You must not copy, crack, decompile, reverse-engineer or remove licence checks from the software.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and shown on the product and checkout pages.
• Payment is made by UPI to our official UPI ID shown at checkout. Never pay to any other number or ID.
• After paying, you submit your UTR number. Our team verifies every payment before the order is approved.
• Coupon codes give only the discount shown at checkout, cannot be combined unless stated, and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Crossed-out prices show the regular price; offer prices may end without notice.

Products are delivered digitally — by download link, licence key, login details or panel access — on WhatsApp or email, usually within 24 working hours after payment approval. Reseller, white label and API setups can take longer because they are configured for you.

Please give correct contact details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by wrong phone numbers or email addresses.

You agree to use our products only for lawful business purposes. You must not use them to:

• Send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• Commit fraud, phishing, scams, or share illegal, hateful or adult content.
• Break WhatsApp, Meta, Google or any other platform's terms and policies.
• Break Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, TRAI commercial communication (DND) rules and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

You are fully responsible for the messages you send and the data you collect with our tools.

• Our extractors help collect business information that is publicly shown on websites and listings.
• We do not sell personal-data databases. You decide what to collect and how you use it.
• You must use collected data lawfully, respect opt-outs, and delete data when asked by the person concerned.
• We do not see or store the data you extract on your own device.

Lykos World is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta, Google, JustDial, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Zomato, Canva or any other platform. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

These platforms can change their rules, block numbers or accounts, or stop features at any time. We are not responsible for such actions, and they are not a reason for a refund.

• We provide free setup help after purchase on WhatsApp during working hours.
• Updates and fixes are provided when available; we cannot guarantee a tool will work forever if a platform changes.
• Support covers our product only — not your computer, internet, hosting or third-party accounts.

• You are responsible for your own customers, pricing, invoices, taxes and support.
• You must not make false claims about the software or say you are Lykos World or any platform.
• You must make sure your customers also follow these Terms. Misuse by your customers can lead to suspension of your panel.

All software, designs, text, logos and content on this website belong to Lykos World or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, publish or share them without our written permission, except as allowed by your licence.

Our products are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them running well, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that you will get a specific number of leads, sales or replies. Business results depend on how you use the tools.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lykos World is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss — such as loss of profit, data, business or account access. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

You agree to protect Lykos World from any claim, penalty or loss caused by your misuse of our products, your messages or data, or your breach of these Terms or any law.

We may suspend or end your licence or panel access, without refund, if you break these Terms, misuse the software, share a single user licence, or use it for spam or fraud.

We use your name, phone, email and payment details only to process your order, deliver your product and support you. Payment screenshots are kept private and seen only by our team. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We always try to solve problems first by talking to you on WhatsApp. If a dispute cannot be solved, it will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction over our place of business in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Orders are covered by the Terms shown on the day you placed them.
